Hard Reset SAMSUNG S7562 Galaxy S Duos. Then press and hold together Volume Up + Volume Down + Home button + Power button. When the Samsung logo appear, then release your fingers out of the phone. Choose using Volume Buttons option "wipe data/factory reset", and confirm that with Power button.
